We called, made an appointment with Jim Potter, he was prompt, knowledgable, showed us samples and let us know they are made in America. The shutters arrived in 6 weeks as promised. We worked with Bill on our brand new house even before closing. He came out to the house brought samples of all of the options, was very up front and transparent about the pricing with no pressure to buy the more expensive options, he just gave all the pros and cons of each alternative based on his many years of experience. He did all of the measurements and provided the quote in one quick visit and we purchased the day of closing. His turnaround time was very quick despite factory closures due to Covid, and install was a breeze, done in less than 3 hours for our entire 3000 sq ft 2 story home. I bought a house in Saint Augustine 9 years ago. Bill Turner was recommended by a friend. We started with night shades for the bedroom and then proceeded to install plantation shutters on the rest of the windows. Bill was always prompt, great installations, very clean workmanship. Over the years we upgraded rooms in the house and Bill was always on target with his suggestion. Great salesman. Great product.
